活動亮點: 

The course was designed to help professors to improve their listening and speaking skills in an academic context.

As such, for the listening component, we focused on listening for number, dates, other factual information, as well as listening to monologues.

For the speaking section, we learned how to give short presentations using techniques such as linking phrases, sequencing and language for explaining topics such as processes, diagrams and concepts.

活動成果: 

In general, the course was conducted well, and the informal feedback from the attendees was positive. I feel that the professors benefitted a lot from the course and all showed improvement during the sessions, not only in English skills, but also in terms of their level of confidence.
